Please read ALL .This is my initial problem . After a 10 year old slept on the cot for 4 days, the tufting in the pad has come out and the filling is clumping. My cost were brand new and delivered 45 days ago. When I contacted the 3rd party seller they said "as you know the return period has expired" no acknowledgement of the problem at all. Thankfully I do know ebay will make this right but I'm very disappointed in the quality and customer service provided by the seller. The cot itself is actually kind of nice but I paid for cots with pads.OMG this was their reply . Hi Terry, We totally understand your feeling. Is it possible to purchase two mattresses you want from ebay? We can refund you $40 as compensation. We appreciate your support to our small business. In addition, we don't recommend to use the cots for overnight accommodations. Kids need better beds. -IrisSOOOOO basically seller is saying the cot is of such poor quality that it is not meant for OVERNIGHT use by a 10 YEAR OLD for 4 DAYS ?!?!?!?!If you want to buy the cots go right ahead but don't buy from this seller!
