Review on 🍲 Lodge 3.6 Quart Enamel Cast Iron Casserole Dish with Lid - Carribbean Blue: Durable and Stylish Cooking Essential by Justin Wallace

The best cookware you will ever have

Works like a charm - doesn't burn but roasts whatever you want to roast. Boiling and steaming are instantaneous. Just a knob of butter will fry your eggs exactly how you want them. Suitable for roast chicken steak, Brussels sprouts, rice, corn, ribs, onions and finish cooking in the oven when needed. Potatoes are quickly fried to a crispy crust! Cleaning is a dream - a little soaking can help, and it cleans up easily with a soft sponge rather than steel wool. There are no metal blades either. This skillet MUST be preheated, so allow a little extra time before adding the food. I've used cast iron my entire adult life, and this nonstick coating is cat meow. If on the stove - turn off the heat 15 minutes before the end - the iron will keep the heat for a long time. Don't put it in the sink or add soaking water until it cools down a bit. Just a precaution. No need to "season" the pan like I do for my grandma's inner coating pans, this one does the job all by itself. Best pan I have - use it often. This will be your favorite pan, trust me. The only downside is its weight. It's hard, or maybe because I'm an old lady. Enjoy. World.
