I like that it's easy to use for my small business in managing freight costs, tracking shipments between locations with our own drivers/employees as well as shipping multiple loads at once.
It can be difficult when you don't have employees or vehicles who are trained properly but also having them follow instructions correctly isn’t always possible either! Also there wasn‘ t any way of keeping track if someone was missing from work without using an excel spreadsheet which could get confusing very easily. We were able keep up-to-date record of all invoices we had paid out during each month by entering this information into one centralised database making accounting much easier than previously where everything would need inputting separately manually every time - now just enter invoice number & date then click 'pay'.
