When I opened the top, the lipstick was EVERYWHERE! The applicator in the cap around the filling was covered in so much lipstick it looked like it had been dipped in chocolate. I had to use cotton swabs and toothpicks to clean everything up and when I put the applicator back in it was covered AGAIN. There is no cork on the neck to remove the lipstick from the applicator once it comes out so I will never be able to use it. The color is nice but the opening is disgusting. I hope mine was just an accident and I can get another one to take its place.
