Always buy HP toner for our machine, don't worry about after-sales service for our main printer. These cartridges give us around 20,000 pages each (the current cartridge in this box has 20,853 pages of which around 1,100 remain), our HP4350 has almost 800,000 pages so far; we take very good care of it. I don't use original toner cartridges in most of our desktop computers because they're expensive, but it makes sense to only use the manufacturer's brand for the main hardware.
