Review on 🚪 Dorman 77667 Liftgate Pull Strap: Ideal for Buick and Chevrolet Models by Kevin Flores

I returned this item for a number of reasons. First of all, and I understand that this is not a problem for most buyers, its gray color did not match the brown interior of my car. Second, the strap turned out to be thinner and of poorer quality than the original part. I was so concerned that the Dorman tape would quickly wear out that I returned it and bought a GM OEM tape for almost four times the price. The Dorman tape material was rubbery and almost elastic. The rivets looked like they could easily be pulled out of two plastic snaps. In my opinion, Dorman's claim that their products are "often designed to be better than the original design" cannot possibly apply to this strap.
