Way too thick and unstable
These are so thick, they are uncomfortable to hold when used on a pull up bar. They rotate and cause the hands to slip off the pull up bar
- Great addition to add to your dumbbells and barbell workouts. Awesome for forearm growth
- They’re ok. If I had to purchase again I would look for something else.
