Health benefits and just general wellbeing for legs

I don't know if anyone else works more than 16 hours like me or 48 hours on call like my husband. But our legs hurt at the end of the workout. Day. Like a hard core pulsing, causing lameness and pain. It also doesn't help that we may have gained a few pounds because we can't go to the gym or play any of the many family sports we typically do. And indeed, between long days and a tunnel in the wrist, massaging is too tiring. Finally I gave in and bought one of the most powerful massagers. And omfg I was glad I did! The fabric is initially very soft on the foot. For me it's very important because sometimes it seems like fire and flames after changing legs. And while we make sure our feet are clean before use, I'd like to say that a little warm water and alcohol with a few drops of essential oil in a spray bottle will keep the fabric clean and smelling fresh without being damp. worthy. There are several programs, each dedicated to a different body system. To be honest I mostly use the first "general health program" and have clearly noticed a difference not only in the immediate pain but in the daily pain as well. Definitely less discomfort from general age, weight and hard work. My husband is also enthusiastic about this machine. He does 2 programs. General health program and program for the digestive system. He broke his leg in Afghanistan and after a military career he volunteered as a combatant and was imprisoned full-time. His legs are probably worse than mine. He says his general circulation has improved and his general pain has decreased with daily use. Also, I hardly noticed the swelling that usually occurs on his leg after a double shift. The remote control works great too. It has enough reach that I don't have to bend down or move off the couch to change or restart the program for myself, or off the second couch to restart the husband's program when he starts to fall asleep ( we're getting old lol ).

Pros
  • Electric massagers
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
