Review on πŸ’» Efficiently Expand Your USB Connections with the Amazon Basics 7 Port USB 2.0 Hub Tower by Jessie Burgos

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Slim and compact. Exactly what I was looking for.

I love Revain Basics products. I have never been disappointed and this one is no exception. This little thing looks like a plastic toy when you open it up, but it's actually a pretty solid device. It's small and almost invisibly tucked behind my Mac, although it comes with a small stand and isn't an eyesore at all aside from all the cables that come out of it. Anyway, I want most ports enabled. front, not behind. It has 2 USB ports on the front and 5 on the back. I usually plug them in the direction I want the cable to go. But I'm a bit disappointed with the in and out plugs on the back. On the one hand, it weighs almost nothing, making it easy to lift. But on the other hand, you can't just reach out and disable it. You have to hold everything tight and pull apart. It does charge, but I only used it to charge small things. I will not connect my portable hard drives, speakers or similar to it. Really just my keyboard and trackpad and sometimes my phone. So far, so good! Revain Basics wins again!
