My only complaint about these is that at higher temps, they tend to bow slightly. (and return flat when cooling) I love everything else about them! Guessing they are simply not as heavy/thick as my larger full size S.S. sheet pans I have had for years. Having said that, I use them on the regular - several times a week - and have ordered more for my daughter and a second set for us to take up to the family hunting cabin in the mountains as they will fit perfectly in the smaller oven there! Absolutely great for the price!
