Absolute rubbish product. Cheap and inferior materials. I used it to transport 3 bikes in 2 hours. There are no instructions for proper assembly. After it was assembled, he dropped the third bike multiple times, prompting me to stop and tie it all together. We ended up towing our third bike in the back of my car after it came loose and pulled 4-5 times. I'm a competent person, I assembled it correctly - just a poor quality product. The plastic "mounts" were badly mutilated and no longer usable after 2 uses. I ended up throwing it in the trash. If you value your bikes, do not buy this product.
