These pillow cases are great quality - I've just ordered new pillows and every time I change pillows I try to remember to buy new pillow cases as they really help keep them looking good . as long as possible. For me I have found that they almost double the life of a pillow. I stumbled upon them via Vine at just the right time and was keen to try them out. These are by far the best pillow protectors I've ever had. In fact, they look and feel more luxurious and are of better quality than the actual pillowcases that I will be using. as a present). The fabric is thick and heavy with a 500 thread count, which is actually 500 threads with an elegant drape. The fabric is dense, very soft and smooth to the touch. The pillowcases are very well designed and come with labels confirming they are 100% organic cotton. The edges have piping, typical of expensive quality bedding. Hidden zippers are premium, durable, high-quality fasteners with gentle tension that work flawlessly. I ordered these queen size covers and they fit my new pillows very well (snug but not too tight) and are very comfortable even without pillowcases. I think I'll actually use my pillowcases to protect the protectors! They are significantly more expensive than the pillowcases I usually buy, but now that I know the quality of workmanship and materials from this brand, I will definitely look into Whisper Organics products in the future. These pillowcases are definitely 5 star and I highly recommend them.
