Really like this collar and how light it is but definitely not as strong as I was hoping. It broke in one spot within the first week I put it on our dog. After a few weeks of wearing, we noticed that it was constantly loosening - as if the material was so flexible and slippery, and it loosened up throughout the day. Several times our dog completely slipped off him when we put the tie on him. We keep a close eye on him when he's tied up, so he wasn't out of the collar/leash for long, but that was a little annoying. After that we stopped using it. We'll probably use it on days when we expect our dog to get really wet, like going to the beach, but won't use it otherwise. We have replaced the collar with a new, typical nylon material.
