The ease of use is great! We were able to set up our first account in under 5 minutes (and that's with no prior experience). There was nothing I disliked about Caterman overall; it works well as advertised - easy setup process, good customer service, etc. It has been pretty seamless from there though, so we're not sure what would be improved upon if anything at this point. Our main issue right now is getting more users signed into their accounts within different locations / departments than just one person per department. This helps us track how many people have access to which menus across multiple sites.
