UPDATE: When I contacted Kimberly-Clark about an issue with this product, they were very apologetic and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I am happy to give the product the well-deserved 5 stars. Firstly, I LOVE easy washable wipes and usually have no hesitation in giving a product 5 stars. However, this delivery contains the thinnest cloths known to mankind. They tear in my hands when I try to separate them and it's a really pleasant surprise when they separate at the perforation. I believe that twice as many leaves are now needed for the "seat". This is unacceptable. I would like to know if there was a manufacturing issue that caused this product to be below average, if it is a NEW Cottenelle or if I received a very nicely packaged counterfeit product.
