It only took me 2 reviews to try this and both were women talking about their hysterectomy. Here the same story. It completely changed my sleep game. I had it for three nights and slept longer, completely dry and waking up neither too cold nor too hot. I use a duvet cover and don't find it removes or minimizes the impact of the duvet itself. I do not recommend a thick duvet cover, although it is so warm but so soft but thin at the same time. Anyone going through menopause knows what I mean.
