The material is strong and water-repellent, but . . . Seams should be double or quadruple overlapped to prevent water seepage through puddles (unavoidable). In Arizona it snowed in January (sleet), creating puddles and seeping muddy water (from previously accumulated dust) onto the bike. even if it rains. The rear strap around the wheel doesn't work and I have no idea what the big bushings in front are for. Why not make eyelets for guy ropes in the middle and on the sides? Otherwise I would have given five stars.
