Perfect fit for 05 Boulevard

This is the second time I've bought it...not because it broke but because I left my other suitcase in my parents garage. Instead of driving back I decided to buy another one haha. These things fit well and seem to last a long time. Recommend.

surprised how good it was

surprised how good it was. The rear storage sucks, but it's big enough to cover my full size 8ft Harley Dyna Wide Glide + aftermarket fairing that I have. I live in a windy area and have no problem with it at night. I've been using it every night for a few months now and just let the elastic on the ends keep it in place. Don't worry at all.

Perfect fit for 2008 Yamaha V-Star 650 Custom

Fits my 2008 Yamaha V-Star 650 Custom like it was made for it. The material is quite thick and durable, the elasticated bottom helps keep it in place, and the buckles that close are strong and efficient. I can't say more about it except that it's way better than another case I've recently bought for almost the same price. A carport or garage would be desirable, or even one of those foldable shelters, but it's the next best thing I can really afford.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not as good as advertised

four stars good for accessories

I received this product a few months ago and it works fine in the rain but when the wind first blew it tore apart, the wind wasn't very strong, high got it I Kawasaki saddles Vulcan 800 bags, you know, just the generic stuff that comes with them. I am very dissatisfied with how well this product worked or didn't work. Winter is here and half my bike is dangling in the snow! I hope this was just a bad batch of product and I guess now I need to figure out how to return and if my time is up or…

The material is strong and water-repellent

The material is strong and water-repellent, but . . . Seams should be double or quadruple overlapped to prevent water seepage through puddles (unavoidable). In Arizona it snowed in January (sleet), creating puddles and seeping muddy water (from previously accumulated dust) onto the bike. even if it rains. The rear strap around the wheel doesn't work and I have no idea what the big bushings in front are for. Why not make eyelets for guy ropes in the middle and on the sides? Otherwise I would…

Good product overall

Received this case about a month ago. It covers my Yamaha R3 perfectly. Part of a tire is slightly visible on one side of the bike. It was great until about a week ago. The straps have come loose. First there was a rear strap earlier in the week and by Saturday the front had snapped. The wear passed quickly. After driving, it easily blocks the hot exhaust. Thanks to the inner lining that covers the exhaust, you don't have to wait for it to cool down. Overall this is a very good product for the…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Null

Wow! I bought it based on other positive reviews but still felt like taking a risk. I was not disappointed. It's MUCH thicker and stronger than other lightweight $20 range products on the market and I can safely say they are as good as the cases I've seen at CycleGear for $50+. I am very impressed. It fits perfectly on my BMW G650GS Sertao with 13" touring screen and covers the 21" front wheel to the ground. I don't currently have a rear top cover, but if I had one it would probably cover the…

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

Update: Not quite waterproof

Update 3/24/17: It rained recently, not quite heavy but not light rain either. It only lasted about 40 minutes and I noticed water on my saddlebags, seat and some headlights. It still works better than what I bought at Walmart and was cheaper. You get what you pay for but if you need something more waterproof I would look elsewhere. Original Rating: Finally found a case that isn't a giant stretchy toilet paper roll. It was not only cheap, but also very effective against heavy rain. (Maybe not a
