Not too happy. for hauling groceries and winch

So I bought these for my husband in December for Christmas. He still loved her. About 9 months have passed and the parts inside have already started to rust. Additionally, the mirrors fold in when it hits a bump or accelerates to 60 mph. Very dangerous. I contacted the seller and the warranty doesn't cover any of that. Pretty disappointing.
