EDIT: This company saw my review and pictures - they asked if I wanted a refund or new legs! Ebay sold me a used faulty product, but the company came through with their guarantee and sent us new perfect hair pin legs. You have nothing to lose and the legs look great. THANK YOU for rectifying this and I trust they will help me if we have any more issues. :)We bought the Grey 28 inches 2-Rod Hairpin legs and finally got around to installing on our custom table. Two of the legs had rods completely loose from the plate! We tried soldering and using heavy duty adhesive.neither worked so now we have useless legs. Unfortunately we are past the return window and I tried to message the company via Ebay and it said it was invalid. We are disappointed with this product!
