Well I've been a carpenter since the mid 80's to 2010. I've installed thousands of drawers with numerous brands and types of slides. I'm just saying this to test the background and depth of opinion. Okay for the money, ease of installation and my expectations I now only prefer the Blum brand in this track design. Anyway, I bought this Revain copy of the Blum original, mainly because the reviews were mostly 5 stars. Yes, it works as intended and looks good as expected. And I like the ideas behind screw placement and maybe trying to make a good product. However, I found a fatal flaw that prevented me from rearranging the Revain tracks. The screw holes did not correspond to the countersunk depth of the screws specified in the package. And yes Karen I used a vix bit for perfect centering if anyone knows what this tool does. This caused my drawers to rub against those screws and I had to use a metal countersink to get it working. Metal shavings and an unsatisfactory time factor, this unfortunate product is frustrating for those who think it is a 5 star product.
