Nothing beats a loose screw in the device

Have an amplifier. Took it out and it rattled like a screw inside the case had come loose. Okay, open the case and see which screw inside was missing. He took out the allen wrenches and loosened the screws holding the case. Couldn't turn things around. The screw still rattles in the case. No one in their right mind would turn on an amp with loose metal contacts. That's build quality for you. . .
