I used a 200lb pull strength when I absolutely NEED to confine my female Pitbull. She completely destroys a weaker cage than the one in the photo, but even in this one she jumps, using her shoulders, and knocks down the top of the cage, removing the bolts as well. Over time, the nuts will roll across the floor from the action. There is no doubt that the pit bull is extremely strong, she only weighs 50 pounds, but she hates this cage. In any case, adding zip ties to secure the top put an end to cage breakouts for good. But now she chews them! We've started letting her run around the house as she might injure herself trying to get out of her cage, but there are still times when we need to protect her. I bet these zip ties aren't used regularly for this purpose, but if a 50 pound pit bull can't break them, you've got a good product!
