Review on Step Up in Style with pediped Flex Isabella Mary Jane for Kids by John Caine

Bought for a 3 year old daughter after reading rave reviews. A week later, she took them off while sitting in a car seat and tore one of the pads to shreds. I called PediPed's number (I think it was on the box) and they immediately sent me another pair of insoles for less than $3. Excellent customer service, no question. The quality of these shoes is impeccable - she's had them since September - Thanksgiving is just around the corner - and not a single scratch. I don't know HOW it is, but I'm amazed. The sole is flexible and not slippery, definitely a plus. I will DEFINITELY buy their PediPed shoes again without a doubt. I am very, very impressed from heel to heel. They look cute with tights and a dress or short socks and jeans or khakis. They are very versatile and durable. love love love!
