Great tool to have. Sensors are difficult to keep clean.

Great helper in the kitchen. I can get the meat to the perfect temperature without removing it and occasionally piercing it with an instant-read thermometer to risk overcooking. The fact that it has two probes is great for checking the readiness of two cuts or dudes. Meat. For example, the first thing I cooked from it was a whole chicken. One probe was inserted into the chest at 150 F and the other probe was inserted into the thigh at a temperature of at least 175 F. it is cooked as a whole or for all parts to be cooked. My only complaint is that the probes are difficult to keep shiny and clean. Since you need to be careful not to get water on the parts of the wires, you can't rub them with a sponge with any force. Thus, the probes already had a discolored color after the first use and stayed that way. Another small issue was that the unit's magnets fell off and it fell a short distance off the back of the oven where it was resting on the magnet. I was able to reattach the magnets with no problems. If this happens again I can use some glue to make sure they stay in place.
