Be prepared to make a trip to the hardware store.
After completing the entire installation process, I found that the mounting ring for the latch is smaller than the one shown here, so it just doesn't fit the latch. Your best bet is to go to a hardware store and buy them. I ended up using them, but it took me a lot of extra time to complete the work.
