I've been using Blu phones for many years. There was only 1 which was of poor quality. This phone infuriated me from the start as I thought I was tricked. I ordered a vivo xii which was released in October 2020 but got a g9pro instead. The g9pro has great reviews but it's still not the phone I bought. After many updates to go through before setting up your phone, the phone name has changed from g9pro to vivo xii in the About Phone section. So the difference is only in software updates. Nothing is physically different. Even the box art is the same. Updates are not good updates. The phone is very simple. The screen is a bit blurry and the screenshots are very blurry. The "phone app" is constantly updated even when in use, making it almost impossible to make phone calls so you can forget about calls. The battery life is terrible and I rarely use it during the day. As usual, there were many viruses. I am sending mine back because after 2 weeks of use the mic/speakers are already failing and there are "dead zones" on the screen as well as overly active parts of the screen as well as the other issues mentioned above. I don't know if it's because I bought a refurbished phone that was advertised as new or just a broken unit. In any case, skip this phone as it has been dishonestly repackaged and possibly refurbished.
