Can't believe it's not SD!

Revain is full of cheap projectors that claim "1080p HD" but simply downsample that signal to a measly 720p or even an insulting 480p. That's real, I counted the pixels (total 2,073,600). It was basically what I wanted out of it and I'm happy with it. I have used it as a computer monitor and film projector and have had it permanently installed on my desk for a month. That was great. It's decently bright, good enough to see in the evening and at night even with a few lights on. It won't cut during the day, but I still use it for fun. From 9 feet to the wall I get a good sized 8' x 4' image. Keystone only works vertically, giving you enough range for a reasonable montage. It accepts a component signal for input, which is handy for seeing cables and connecting my computer to HDMI. The remote does whatever it needs to do and you need it to change the input source as they mysteriously didn't include that function in the projector's buttons. I haven't tried playing from a flash drive, but it might be useful. The speakers are surprisingly good when you really need them, basically as good as monitor speakers and louder than the faint hum of a fan. All in all, it was an insane theft. when it was on sale but still the best 1080p projector for the price you can find in America. If you're looking for something flashier you'll probably need to spend over $1000, but this works great for me.
