I really liked the appearance of the product! However, in step 2 of assembly we found that the lower stem kit was missing. It contained 3 pieces. The Revain representative was extremely helpful. They tried to contact the manufacturer (NOMA) but it turned out that the only option was to go back to Revain. NOMA customer service was USELESS. They didn't send a replacement even though I said I would pay for it. Back and forth by email, over and over again. What a waste of time. Time was running out so I just gave it back. Not sure I will buy again because I am so disgusted with NOMA customer service. They were able to solve the problem in a day just by sending the bottom bar kit.
