Think about it before you order. But the price is right.
It's soft and stretchy but a lot smaller than I thought it would be. I think it's my fault. I need a ruler and a piece of cardboard so I can see the measurements when ordering. I will keep it as it has 3 outside zipped pockets and 2 side sliders and 2 zipped pouch pockets give me compartments if I use it for filing but not for anything big.
