I bought these for winter riding. My main attraction was the Thinsulate lining based on previous purchases/experience. These gloves offer good protection in sub-zero temperatures and also offer good dexterity. To give you an idea of how they are used, most of my commute is on the freeway and takes less than 30 minutes. As with most gloves, thicker is not necessarily warmer. Instead, it's more about adequate protection and good blood circulation. These gloves combine comfort and dexterity. You look great too. Two minor complaints (half a star less each): 1) Upon unboxing, there was a small cut on the top of one of my gloves (picture attached). I would return/exchange them but the cut was small and I wanted to use them as soon as possible. 2) The glove hole is a little small. With some effort, the sleeves of my leather jacket barely fit in. Overall excellent value for money!
