Nothing for motorcyclists

Gloves look and feel good, but the insulation inside doesn't warm your hands when riding a bike at 80 km/h in 50 degree weather. I am extremely disappointed. After a few minutes of driving, my hands got very cold. I was happy with this product but it didn't work for my purposes.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Fits like a glove! on Protective Gear

Just got back from a 1 hour+ ride in the Chicago area in about 49 degrees and these gloves have performed great. My hands were measured for a large size and the fit was perfect. Finger length was great, as was brake and clutch dexterity. Comfortable and not too bulky. The glove was large enough and adjustable enough that I could tuck in my jacket sleeves. Eventually the cold penetrated my fingers, but not to an uncomfortable degree. I would recommend these gloves especially for the price, but…

Classic leather motorcycle gloves

These are very good gloves; I particularly like the classic accordion design. However, they seem to be a little on the big side. I use thinner (lycra/polyester) gloves to go inside to add another layer for more heat retention and to take up some sagging, but if I had to repeat it I'd take this next size down, ie medium, not large anyway ). I have small (long) fingers. I've used them a few times to ride my 1983 Yamaha Seca '900' when I ride in the winter season and I'm in North Central North…

Pros
  • Fits me great
Cons
  • I have no negative feelings about it, everything is fine

wherever there is a seam air goes

gloves for the money are not bad but the lining inside is sewn and wherever there is a hole from the seam cold air gets into the fingertips and knuckles were so cold from the arrival air. If you only have a 15 minute trip, these gloves are for you to get better gloves later. ******Update******* After I bought the E6000 glue and rubbed the rubberized glue all over my fingers and knuckles they seemed to work much better and didn't let in as much air, the black color On the gloves now the…

Excellent quality, fit and price.

I bought these for winter riding. My main attraction was the Thinsulate lining based on previous purchases/experience. These gloves offer good protection in sub-zero temperatures and also offer good dexterity. To give you an idea of how they are used, most of my commute is on the freeway and takes less than 30 minutes. As with most gloves, thicker is not necessarily warmer. Instead, it's more about adequate protection and good blood circulation. These gloves combine comfort and dexterity. You…

and the design is great. I couldn't find a wrong seam.

I bought these to replace a pair of gloves I lost and couldn't find the same model anywhere else. I needed a quick fix once winter hit the east coast and settled on this one. I also waited to write this review until they were through the season just to get some experience with them. I'm surprised at how well these gloves work. The pair I lost was at least 5 times the price, same glove length, with all the bells and whistles, knuckle protection, bold lines etc. But these ones, wow. They are very

Better than I expected! Those are good gloves!

You may or may not know that gloves can easily cost a fortune. But if you're smart, you won't pay two hundred or more for a pair of gloves. These gloves are affordable which is great for those of us on low incomes. I live in the Pacific Northwest, unlike you southerners, we get cold in the winter. I have a summer pair of Milwaukee leather gloves with perforations that allow them to breathe, great for summer but not winter. I need thermal insulation so I decided to try this one. These are full…

Don't waste your money when there are better options.

I was really hoping it was a good deal for the price but it wasn't. I went by the positive reviews here and while these folks were happy with the gloves they received, I'm not. Please trust me when I tell you that unfortunately there are many other better bang for your buck options and you really should consider them and not this one. These gloves are lightweight*, offer good dexterity and good thermal insulation. BUT: yes, they are made of leather, but they are so thin and thin that they…
