Excellent LED strip, everything works
These are really SK9822 LEDs as there is no flickering even at the lowest global brightness level. They run at SPI clock speeds of up to 30MHz, very fast! I tried them with APA102 Arduino libraries but they are slow because they use GPIO bit beat. Using hardware SPI is much faster. The strip is soldered in two parts of 0.5 m as described. I think the gap can be made invisible with careful trimming and re-soldering, but I'm not 100% sure.
