I am very happy with my new black track lighting. I chose this for our wooden beams instead of the can lights so we can remove all of the drywall covering the T&G ceiling. These little lights are very bright, and on top of that I have more mood lighting, so I don't just have bright track lights. They are easy for me to put in and take out, the electrician showed me how to just screw them on. They regulate one direction, but not the other way around. Unless I need to install it upside down, I haven't tried it yet. In any case, I am very satisfied. They look modern, beautiful and bright. I went for longer rails and they act as part of the fairing along the underside of the joists and look nice. I've received many compliments on our kitchen renovation.
