I bought this to replace a GS400. It matched the car perfectly. I'm not sure if it's the age of my fan shroud or the shroud mounting tolerances on this heatsink, but a couple of the holes weren't perfectly aligned. But in the end I was able to align everything with fasteners. This unit came with a radiator cap. You need to transfer your current sensor to this new block. The exchange is very clear. Disconnect upper and lower radiator hoses, transmission oil inlet and return lines, disconnect all electrical terminals from fan/radiator shroud. Slide out the heatsink with the fan shroud attached. Transfer everything to a new radiator, connect all disconnected cables and hoses. Top up the coolant and transmission to the correct level. Check for leaks as the car warms up.
