My husband bought me a Dyson 5 years ago then another 2 years later. Both are now in the closet. DO NOT WORK! Only use them for the kitchen and dining room so they don't overdo it! Due to COVID it's not possible to call Dyson in the last month. No one is responding and no chat available so I had to guess which "$100" battery to get because the serial number is hard to find and it still doesn't work! 1000 dollars for 2 Dyson in the closet is not possible! Explore this Samsung LOOK NO MORE! This is an amazing handheld vacuum at a much better price. Great looks and excellent performance with minimal weight, excellent manoeuvrability, easy-to-clean bin, battery lasts according to modern technology, has 2 speeds and additional attachments if desired. ! I love this vacuum cleaner! Waaaaaa better than the Dyson in every way! I'm just saying.
