God what a purchase mistake. The water collector stopped working after a month, although it worked perfectly! The toothbrush is fine. It loses power if not constantly charged, the instructions even tell you to keep it charged at all times. The whole setup was so bulky and took up two ports. I ended up throwing the irrigator away and buying a real one and keeping the toothbrush, although I have to take the base with me when I travel (note that the base is separate from the whole large setup but still bulky) I can Replace once, I go through all the heads. It's cheap for a reason. Pay a little more and save yourself the headache. For some reason, people think it's okay to leave a review on a product after using it for the first time. I've been using my toothbrush for 6 months! It sucks. The plumbing died a month later. Please.
