This device has been used in two different countries with different plugs and it has worked great. In addition to the sockets, the two USB inputs were also very practical. The carrying case is quite thin and cheap, but keeps out dust. I would make it lighter as black is hard to find in a bag or suitcase. And because the adapter is large it won't fit in all the places you might prefer it to, as hotels seem to prefer to place their sockets behind headboards etc. You might want to bring a USB extension cable if you have one .works with charging. Adds a few ounces to your trip but well worth it.
