    No AC output in power converters

    Arrived just before leaving abroad. The USB ports worked, but the front fell apart when I first plugged in the power cord. After plugging it back in, I found that the device was not supplying AC power no matter which pins I used. So basically DOA, I was out of the country for over 30 days so I paid $9 for a paperweight. I think I could still use USB, but there are smaller USB chargers out there. So mine goes in the trash. Oh, and the fuse inside wasn't a problem.

    I would recommend this product with any advice you may need.

    I bought it for a trip to Ghana. It was very convenient, not bulky and practical. The only reason I give it a rating below 5 stars is that it takes forever to charge. I used USB to charge my iPhone and it took forever. When I used the USB port to charge the power bank to charge my iPhone, it also took longer than expected. I would recommend this product with the caveat that you may need to charge it overnight.

    Good for international travel

    This travel plug adapter was purchased for a recent trip to Hong Kong and then to Mainland China. It works as intended and the two additional USB ports are great for charging phones, tablets and noise canceling headphones. The only issue I had is that it doesn't hold up securely in some sockets, mainly due to the weight. However, I would still recommend this for travelers who just want a converter (some countries may require additional ones).

    Best USB plug adapter I've found

    Took it to Scotland this summer and was very happy with its versatility. It has 2 USB ports with an adapter, so you can connect multiple things to it at the same time. My roommate and I used to have at least 4 devices connected at the same time (2 phones, a camera and a Kindle) and he handled it with no issues. It is very well made and has an attractive design. I would buy another one just like this if I ever needed it. My only problem was that I managed to lose the nice little case that came…

    This device has been used in two different countries with different plugs and it has worked great. In addition to the sockets, the two USB inputs were also very practical. The carrying case is quite thin and cheap, but keeps out dust. I would make it lighter as black is hard to find in a bag or suitcase.
