It works 100%, but I took it with phenibut, for complete assimilation. Without phenibut - 4-5 capsules. In both cases, they work accurately (I took both gaba separately and the gaba complex (2-3 grams + phenibut 125-250 mg + 5HTP 100-200 mg + melaxen 1 tablet (3 mg)
