update from 04/14/17 - 1st time for this brand - was suspicious at such a low price for two X toner cartridges. Now there are two problems. good and reliable HP 1300 began to squeak when the drum in the cartridge rotated during printing. It looks like something tight and easy binding? Rimmed and retested cartridge; nothing looks wrong; The same applies to the internal printer. I changed it to the 2nd carriage in the pack - it doesn't squeak but now the pattern is smudged on the left edge of the printed sheets - Latest purchase from these guys! I don't print much and now it's too late to get a refund or exchange. You get what you pay for.
