I install security cameras, card access systems and intruder protection systems for a living. So basically I wasn't 100% intimidated by this setup. After receiving it, I really wanted to do the smart thing, plug everything in and make sure everything is fine. And then everything appeared. Just like plug and play. Well oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo the part of the planning is finally done. Holy cow I lost what I wrote down for my password 😳. Since it was quite late in the evening, I tried calling tech support anyway, expecting no one to be there. Not only was I right, but it was old leave your name and number, someone will answer you. Now my thoughts are leaning towards not picking up my cameras for a week now. But know that it was not so. So I wrote an email on the tech support page before I left for work the next morning. It is 100% true that I get a response from tech support after I go to work and start the day. I was shocked. After sending a few things that were needed I went back and got everything up and running within 3 emails back and forth and 30 minutes total. If you contact them and need to get John on as your tech, just know you have a working system. If there is a problem, thanks John
