Not Worth the Money
Based on my experience with this pre-workout supplement, I would not recommend it to anyone. Despite the promise of increased energy and focus, I did not notice any significant difference. The flavors were also quite artificial tasting and left a strange aftertaste. While the convenience of a pre-made drink is nice, there are better options available in the Health and Household section of the store that offer more bang for your buck.
