I purchased this pillow as a replacement for one I had been using for about two years. It was worn out and needed to be retired. I have absolutely been loving this product. It is engineered a little bit differently than my old one, and I love the attention to detail, with added support right where it is needed. My kids are grown,and they didnt have things like this when I was making babies. but I do suffer with some pretty severe back injuries. And this product has been an absolute game changer. I am finally able to sleep through the night. When I was reading the reviews prior to purchase I saw some that were complaining about the amount of stuffing in the pillow, and that has not been my experience at all. The day I recieved it I put the jersey knitt cover on it and then kinda fluffed it a little, hung it over my bedroom door, and gave it a full three days to fill out, and have been using it nightly for about 6 weeks maybe even longer than that. I'd have to go check, but I'm almost positive I got it the first week of January. It is so soft and so comfy, and can be manipulated in so many different ways. It really is very well made, and will definitely last a very long time.The only draw back, if your over the height of 5'8 I dont know how well this would work for you. Prior to my injuries I stood 5'10, but at this point in my life between the injuries, D.D.D, and just getting older, I am just shy of 5'8 and it is a pretty snug fit for me.But to summarize,100% ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!In closing, yes I am very pleased with my purchase, and most definitely highly highly recommend
