Everything you need to assemble this wine rack is included. It seemed to me that it was fairly easy to assemble, even though the labels on the little bags of parts were reversed. The instructions were clear and actually pretty obvious what went where so it wasn't a problem. When assembling, I only partially screwed each piece to give some flexibility when assembling the rest, and then tightened everything once everything was in place. The materials were decent if not exquisite; This is a basic design that can fit in different areas depending on your needs. If you have a particularly clean and simple design aesthetic, or prefer an industrial look, this would look great right on the counter with your favorite wines. You can see in one of the pictures there is some spot welding in the manufacture but that didn't bother me when I decided to put it on a shelf to make a wine storage cabinet. For this purpose it works fine. I tested it with different 750ml wine bottle shapes: classic red/white; Sparkling wine; oversized/squat rose; thinner Riesling. He gets along well with everyone. It's stable and appears to hold up over time even when fully loaded. I'm happy with it and may buy another one to organize another shelf in my wine cabinet.
