This product broke in the middle of a shoot after a year. Support has since confirmed receipt of my microphone, but after a few weeks nothing was reported. This is despite numerous emails, numerous application updates via their own website, numerous applications sent to their website, all of which have resulted in total radio silence from the company who have now essentially stolen my property. No phone number is listed for support or customer contacts and the ones I found for their physical offices go unanswered. I have worked with many types and levels of support and any time an email was not answered within 1 hour it was flagged as an error. It took this company 1 WEEK to issue an automated/canned RMA email. They acknowledged receipt of my property as soon as it was received, however no updates were received in the weeks that followed. In short, they are incompetent thieves. It is a pity. Run away from this company like the plague.
