Since there are no reviews for this product, I took a risk. Rejuvenation has very similar wall lights for three times the price so I took a chance and this time it paid off! The arms rotate and the head rotates, allowing you to adjust the direction of the light and the angle of the lamp to your liking. The on/off switch is located on the power cord (not on the wall light). Deducting a star because the directions were crappy and very misleading! We're used to the light being aimed downwards after using a regular table lamp where the light is spread evenly across the room, but we agree with the 'moody' feel and appreciate a little more floor space on our little bedside tables. . I'm happy with the look of this lamp and it's working well so far.
