Review on Hanes Little Girls Jersey Medium Girls' Clothing and Active Wear by Charlie Wilson

Although these shorts appear to be of decent quality for the price, the size chart for this item is completely inaccurate. I referred to this when purchasing for my daughters and measured both to ensure I ordered the correct size. When they arrived they were much larger than the size chart. This is a general size chart, not related to any specific product. Both of my daughters have a 27 inch waist, but a large (maybe even medium) would be a much better choice. These shorts wouldn't even fit on my girls.
