What is the difference. If you're serious about lifting weights and wanting to support your knees, you need to get these knee pads from Profitness. The quality of these knee pads is amazing. They offer the right compression and support, the thickness of the material is perfect when you squat with them you really feel the heat locked in your knees which prevents a lot of injuries. The best thing about them is that they don't slide off your knees like external knee pads do. I liked them so much that I bought two different colors, I have a blue and black pair. Overall a great product, came in great packaging, would highly recommend. I've also included a short video of how I use them.
