Review on Gym1 Playground Swing Set with Plastic Climbing Wall by Robert Yates

Last weekend we installed the Gym 1 playground and at first we thought it was a great product because our boys loved it. They could gain energy without going outside when it was very hot. However, when my son was swinging on the playground in Gym 1 less than 4 days later, she collapsed with him. It only weighs about 60 pounds, well under the weight limit, and we watched all the product installation videos. Luckily he's fine, but it was incredibly scary and could have been a lot worse. It was bad enough at the time that we called an ambulance because he was moaning in pain and couldn't move at first. When he moved, he immediately vomited and could hardly speak for about 20 minutes because he couldn't breathe. Luckily the main unit didn't fall on him or my other child or it could have been a lot worse. Unfortunately when this happened it was around 1-2 weeks past the Revain return period so we are unable to return the item. Needless to say, after such an incident, we are not interested in trying again. Even though the instructions say to tighten after each use, I don't see how you can make sure your child doesn't drop it if they swing the device for a long time and put weight on it. **Update: Yes, I would like to add that the company contacted us to tell us more about what happened and gave us a full refund for our purchase. Your customer service has been excellent and we really appreciate it.
